How we work with clients
We work with you through a 4 stage consultancy process that is designed to make sure that we fully understand your circumstances and requirement, design an approach that will work in your organisation, and review.
1. Define the requirement
We talk to you to understand the background and requirements. We use a variety of structured and free format techniques including: written questionnaires, existing management frameworks, and group discussion to create a clear statement of the situation now and the desired future.
2. Design the approach
We develop an approach that meets your requirements and will work in the structure and culture of your organisation. Different organisations need different approaches, which can influence the content, style and pace of the training. We ensure that the activities, materials and language used will fit with the existing processes and materials in your organisation and have regularly included company specific materials.
3. Delivery
We agree a delivery plan with you that includes ongoing evaluation and review, so that you are kept informed of progress and can assess quality throughout. Our ability to deliver training internationally at times that are convenient for your organisation is one of our strengths. We can also provide ongoing support at an individual level for participants who require coaching or access to advice during project work.
4. Review
We review all projects against the objectives agreed at the outset, but also to assess the quality of service, attention to detail and flexibility throughout the work. We use questionnaires and individual discussions as part of the review, but can also include 180 and 360 degree feedback based on the frameworks developed during the Design phase. The overriding objective is to be able to link the project outputs to the objectives agreed with you at the outset.
