 We have listed below all the documents you are required to complete to register with Clyde Healthcare Nursing Agency.

Interview Process

Applicants invited to interview require bringing the following documents:

  • Passport (if issued)
  • Current visa in passport (if required)
  • Birth Certificate (if issued in country of origin)
  • Utility bill or other document which carries name and address
  • National Insurance card
  • Drivers Licence
  • Original training certificates
  • PIN card (registered nurse)
  • Hepatitis B Certificate
  • 4 passport photographs

All applicants require having Enhanced Disclosure carried out; the applicant requires paying the ₤23.00 fee for this.

References require to be obtained from the last or most recent employer and one other professional reference. References require to be sent to referees place of work.

On receipt of application form and other documents a senior member of our team will review information supplied and invite suitable applicant to interview.

The Transport and Works act 1992 makes it a criminal offence for certain workers to be unfit through drugs and/or drugs. D&A testing is increasing in a number of workplaces and Clyde Healthcare is flexible enough to carry out D&A testing in a number of work places.
