John has been in the recruitment business for over 25 years and is responsible for the overall running of our Industrial, Commercial, Cleaning and Hospitality & Catering Divisions. He holds a CPC National Certificate.
Bernie McGarrity

Bernie oversees all recruitment within our Stirling office. She has a wealth of knowledge in all sectors of recruitment to include the temporary and permanent market within various industries. Bernie has vast experience in the hospitality & catering sector and provides on site check-in support as and when required at large events.
Robert Gibson

Joining in 2013, Robert is involved in the recruitment of driving and warehouse staff for Topstaff and possesses invaluable experience within these sectors having previously recruited drivers to work at Tesco distribution centre and having spent 18 years as Distribution Depot Supervisor at Yorkshire Fittings overseeing deliveries throughout Scotland.
Ann Kernachan
Payroll / PA to Managing Director

Ann commenced in Topstaff as our Payroll Administrator and has vast knowledge within this field.  In March 2015 she took up the new post of PA to The Managing Director, and works very closely with Kathy in this role.  She also has experience of working within the temporary sectors of our business and provides on call back up support as and when required within the office.
Jane McKenzie

Jane commenced employment with Topstaff as a temporary Administrator in 2012 and is now a Recruitment Consultant dealing with the Commercial Division. Jane looks after the day to day requirements of our Commercial Division – both temporary & permanent vacancies in the Glasgow area.
Elaine Campbell

Elaine joined the company as a Payroll Administrator in October 2015. Elaine has the overall responsibly for the payment of staff on a weekly basis. Elaine comes from a recruitment background and has a vast knowledge of this sector.
