Topstaff Employment are looking to recruit a strong administrator to work in a fast paced, lively office.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful company in the care sector, and would be well suited to a highly organised and motivated individual.
You will play a key role in the office supporting the team and management on a daily basis.
It would be advantageous if you have previous experience working in the home care sector, however this is not necessary if you have strong administration experience.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Pre-screening candidates as part of the recruitment candidates
• Be responsible for the day to day administration duties to ensure smooth running of the office
• Make and receive telephone calls, taking messages, re-directing and filtering calls to ensure all enquiries are dealt with appropriately
• Liaising with clients and staff alike
• All aspects of filing, reporting and other ad-hoc duties
• Organising appointments for co-ordinators to visit clients etc.
Essential Attributes:
• Highly organised and motivated
• Adaptable
• Administrative experience, preferably within the home care sector
• Attentive to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Must be a team player and willing to help others
• Personable and able to relate well with co-workers and all level of management
• Must have a flexible and mature approach with the ability to use initiative and common sense
Standard hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
