Topstaff Employment are delighted to be assisting our client in seeking an administrator on a temporary basis with the potential to move to permanent employment.
The administrator, based in the East End of Glasgow is to assist the Accounts Manager with day to day administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months’ experience as an office administrator and be proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
This role will suit an individual with a common-sense approach, be a supportive team member who can prioritise their workload. You must have excellent communication skills both written and oral and be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner.
You must have the ability to create, build and maintain relationships with customers by providing an excellent and efficient service.
Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
